The Complete Calvin and Hobbes, Soon In Paperback

The Complete Calvin and Hobbes, the hardcover edition of which was released back in 2005, collecting all ten years of the best daily strip ever (suck it, Peanuts), will be available in November for one hundred of your very best dollars.

I own all the original print editions, including the Sunday Papers 1985-1995 catalogue put out for the exhibition the Ohio State University Cartoon Research Library did of Watterson's original art work in 2001. They are among my most cherished possessions, reread with regularity, and treated with care. And I would still buy this, because it looks beautiful.

And $100 is a small price to pay to literally buy happiness.

About MR. Clark

Adopting the descriptor of "successfully unpublished author", MR. Clark began writing things on the internet in 2012, which he believed to be an entirely reputable and civilized place to find and deliver information. He regrets much.
